Total waste of time. AT&T Device Hope is a complete headache—they took my old phone, promised a smooth trade-in process, and then offered a fraction of the quoted value without any real explanation. Customer support was completely unhelpful and just bounced me around for hours. Save yourself the frustration and sell your device somewhere else.

Adds get in the way of everything. And security features that cost money saying my phone is infected with multiple viruses seems like a scam. All phones have done this. Why would paying someone clear up viruses? Now we are aware of devices that steal data from credit cards, gift cards, debit cards. Keep your distance from sketchy people around you in lines, restrooms, getting fuel, crowds.

I'm unsure about what's going on but I'm dealing with someone toggling management settings and using this app it seems to turn off my ability to turn on or off settings on my devices.
